You have to decide what foods to buy and when to serve them. Although children will fail, their monkeys are regularly stored at home. Children will not go hungry. They will eat what is available in the closet and fridge at home. If their favorite snack isn’t nutritious, you can still buy it once so you don’t feel deprived.
From the foods you serve, children can choose what to eat or whether to eat at all. Children need to have a say in this. Schedule regular meals and snack times. From the choices you offer, let them choose what they can eat and how much they want. This may look a little futuristic if you follow Step 1, only your children will choose the foods you buy and serve.
Exit Clean Panel Club. Let children stop eating when they feel they have eaten enough. Many parents arose under the rule of hygiene, but this approach does not wear their bodies when they feel full. When children notice and respond to feelings of fullness, they are less likely to overeat.
Start them young. Food preferences are developed early in life, so they offer a variety. Likes and hatred begin to form even when children are children. You may need to provide fresh food a few bites. With older children, have them try one bite.
Rewrite the kids list. Who says kids just want to eat hot dogs, pizza, burgers, pasta and eat out, let your kids try new foods and it might surprise you by their willingness to experiment. You can start by letting them try a little of everything they requested or requesting an appetizer for them to try.
